Faith Builders’ Habits
Training good habits of time management & respect for self and others allow us to manage student learning instead of managing conflicts. Encouraging good habits through kindness & consistency helps to eliminate the constant barage of commands & reminders, and instead leaves the student to thrive in their own way once the habit has secured a boundary within which they can grow.
HABIT OF ATTENTION :
To make an effort to see all that is to be seen & hear all that is to be heard.
HABIT OF OBEDIENCE:
To respect authority and others by choosing to promptly do what is asked & what is right.
HABIT OF ORDERLINESS:
To keep myself and my things neat, clean & in the right place at the right time.
HABIT OF SELF CONTROL:
To stop, think, and make good choices before someone does it for me.
HABIT OF REMEMBERING:
To tell, write, or do all that has been seen and all that has been heard.
HABIT OF KNOWING:
To recall basic information and use it in daily lessons.
HABIT OF THINKING:
To put forth concentrated effort in the mind and make sense of things from day to day.
HABIT OF KINDNESS:
To make everyday life comfortable & pleasant to others for the right reasons.
HABIT OF RESPECT:
To give due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, or traditions of others.
HABIT OF INTEGRITY:
To do the right thing for the right reasons even when no one is watching.
Meet the Teachers
Caydance Crummie
I, myself, am a homeschool graduate. I’m the oldest daughter amongst a family with 14 homeschooled children. I have discovered much about all the ways we can learn through our daily activities and building our own interests, along with book studies. I am happy to officially be a part of this homeschool group that I have worked for as a volunteer assistant this past semester. I look forward to teaching your little ones!

My husband and I are honored to pastor Faith Santee along with our 4 amazing children. We love being a part of the growth that our community and surrounding areas are experiencing.
Education: Health Sciences & Elementary Ed Experience: ABA Therapy, Teaching Science, Spanish & Chorus in a traditional classroom setting
The last few years I have been able to incorporate my experiences to provide incredible homeschool opportunities for our kiddos. I lean towards a more traditional style but love spontaneous adventures. I believe that all things are a part of our learning.
I enjoy singing, reading, and traveling…especially when it includes discovering local ice cream shops. 😉

I have been homeschooling my 4 amazing kids, ages 11-14, from the start; that's 10+ years! I would label our style of homeschooling as "traditional," though I don't think any of us can really fit our style in any one box. I love that your homeschool day may look totally different than mine, that's the beauty of homeschooling.
I am so excited for this new program because I believe it will help all of our children discover what things inspire them, learn where God has gifted them and, if we are truly successful, find purpose in both.
